Are you tired of looking for work! There are plenty of other people in the same boat laid off across the country. The economists say that when the economy takes a dive, it is common for people to become entrepreneurs, and make their own money. That my friend is easier said than done.
Motivate yourself to find a job. In order to find yourself a job, you need to decide on what it is you want to do. Are you looking for a job which is similar to the previous roles! Or maybe you're just going to need to take a pay cut to just find a job. Either way it's important for you to make a decision, because across the country people like you are being let go. Of no fault of their own.
The first thing you need to remember, each day is a new venture. Be determined, and keep yourself motivated, if you're not an experience job seeker start to polish your skills. Remember job hunting is a job in itself, so tackle the job hunting aggressively.
Once you're called into an interview, try to keep yourself together, and not make off the wall comments, to make conversation. Be aggressive in the interview, to show that you do have confidence, and you are a can-do person. Try to get an offer, even if it's not the offer you want. Be confident, even if you know you're on shaky ground. Remember to negotiate what you're worth. Even if you feel you're worth more, you never get what you deserve; you get what you want when you negotiate.
